Naihati Rajib Gandhi Memorial Society organized a two days' 'Sanghati Utsav' from January 6-7, 2024 at Naihati in North 24 Parganas district. Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya , Barrackpore was invited in the programme to organize an exhibition on life and activities of Mahatma Gandhi and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and to conduct some relevant programmes at their place.
The Sangrahalaya reached at Hijildiha Vivekananda Seva Samiti Ashram in Bankura District to distribute the new dresses to the Underprivileged Children of the different centres of that Ashram before starting the Durga festival. The Sangrahalaya took such initiative to bring the glorious feeling of the grand celebration of the 75th anniversary of Independence be developed in their minds by dressing up in new clothes during the great occasion of Durga Puja.
On June 18, 2021, Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya, Barrackpore reached in a devastated village of Patharpratima, located at Sundarban in South 24 Parganas district, which are badly affected due to the super cyclone 'Yash'. With the help of local people the Sangrahalaya distributed the relief materials to the villagers of that flood affected area.

On January 16, 2020, the Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya, Barrackpore reached at a historical place, named 'Debiprasad High School' of Barrackpore, where Mahatma Gandhi came to conduct a public meeting from Beliaghata 'Hydari Manjil' during the communal frenzy of Bengal on August 19, 1947 and this was the last visit of Gandhiji at Barrackpore.
Naihati Utsav Welfare Samity invited the Sangrahalaya to set up a stall on Mahatma Gandhi in the 9th years of Naihati Utsav from December 27, 2019 to January 3, 2020 at Naihati Railway Maidan, Naihati, North 24 Parganas District. The Sangrahalaya set up a Stall at there by setting up some thematic temporary exhibitions on Mahatma Gandhi like ?Gandhiji & Bengal? and Gandhiji?s Constructive Work. The various exhibits were set up by displaying of photographs, write-ups, Posters, Models of Charkha and the Cottage in which Gandhiji used to stay at Sabarmati Ashram and the Photostat copies of Gandhiji?s Letters in different languages and his Bengali Hand Writing.

The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University, Purulia celebrated the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi by organizing a day-long programme in collaboration with the Sangrahalaya at their University Campus on September 25, 2019. The programme was started by the inauguration of a Mobile Exhibition on Gandhian Thought of Constructive Programmes for Social Development, which was set up by the Sangrahalaya and it was inaugurated by Professor Dipak Kumar Kar, Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of Sidho- Kanho- Birsha University. After visiting the exhibitions the Inaugural function was started in the seminar room of the University. The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar, the Dean of Faculty of Arts of the University and the Director-Secretary of the Sangrahalaya were present at the inaugural function and all of them delivered their lectures about the significance of the programme. The Director-Secretary of the Sangrahalaya conducted an Audio-Visual Spot Quiz, based on the life & activities of Mahatma Gandhi for the students of the University. At the end of the programme the winners of the quiz programme were awarded the mementoes in memory of the Mahatma by the Sangrahalaya.

Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya, Barrackpore reached at an institution named 'Khelaghar', located in a small village called Badu in North 24 Parganas district. Khelaghar is a secular, charitable trust and welfare home and education resource center. It provides shelter, food and education free of cost to ?Children in need and in distress?. This home was formed by Late Maitraye Devi, a well known writer, social worker and an ardent follower of Rabindranath Tagore, in 1971.
